Schedule: S3C meets quarterly on the first Tuesday of the second month of each quarter

Overview:
These sessions provide ongoing support for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IYCF-E) preparation and implementation. Designed in a collaborative “mastermind” format, participants engage in shared learning, problem-solving, and peer support.
What to Expect:
Sessions typically include:
- Updates from the SAFE Team and participants
- Group discussion on priority topics and real-world challenges
- Breakout sessions for small-group brainstorming and collaboration
Who Should Attend:
This group is ideal for individuals who:
- Want to champion IYCF-E efforts in their community or organization
- Are working toward policy or systems-level change
- Are seeking peer support and practical implementation guidance
It’s recommended that participants have base of knowledge of IYCF-E with one of the following:
- Completion of (or current participation in) a SAFE Team training program
- Completion of an IYCF-E training from another organization
- Familiarity with IYCF-E materials from a reputable source
- Experience in emergency response settings
